Correction in an institution? Maybe in some countries, but definitely in this scenario where a prisoner was caught trying to escape and corporal punishment has to be administered. The Director of Discipline is Countess Wolfsong, and if you've see our other videos with her, you know she does her work perfectly! Secured over the whipping horse, strung up and evenutally on his knees our Director of Discipline makes this prisoner very sorry!
